hi i really need help from seniors, i have not heard anything after AOR i am sept 24 applicant.

Just talked to a CIC call center agent, not so nice and helpful ???
He told I am under background check and no more info can be provided
No estimation for any updates was provided by him :-X :-X :-\ :-\ ??? ???

I was told the same thing when I called last week but the lady was nice. when I asked how long it will take. She said it depends on the police. Lol. We just have to keep waiting. It will come

I checked my GCMS notes and I have noticed that there is something called "ministerial instructions" which is not started yet. I have passed Medicals and waiting for PPR.

Does anyone knows what is this Ministerial Instructions?

Seems they are checking their cap ??? ??? Maybe they've reached the maximum intake and we are all in the line ??? ??? :'( :'( :'(

There is nothing to be worried about. I got my GCMS notes recently after PPR. "Ministerial Instructions" is set to 0 even after file has been finalized. Just wait.. you will get PPR soon..!!!!!

I have a question about the steps after RPRF payment. I'm from a visa exempt country and I was just wondering what happens after paying the RPRF. Do I get ready for visa/address confirmation email, or do I just receive COPR in mail at some point after the ECAS changes to decision made?

This can never be true. They wont take your application itself if it's reached the cap and generate the AoR. That's the first step of the process it only depends on the intake capacity not how many got PRs. Also how can they ask for MR and RPRF fees. Don't worry about that fact, this is 100% a false statement. Hopefully all will get it with a very minimal case of rejections only when there is a serious problem in your medical and your security doesn't come clean which is very rare.

Roberto - Looking at the trend, most of them got address verification. But CIC is their own king.

MR: Jan 23rd 2016 (Sent January 29th)
RCMP Request: March 23rd (Sent April 8th)

I dont think so....I have sent mine too ,,no update so far...however one guy that i know on this thread got RCMP request same day as me. He already got his ppr last thursday.

I am not even sure if CIC got my RCMP ,,,,they dont confirm , call center agent won't tell you anything ..........so i guess there is nothing we can do except hope

I put a tracker when I sent the CRC.. at least it shows received.
