Hello Forum Members

I have received an email from the CIC after long time.

They are asking again for below Documents.

I have already sent them initially when i submitted my application.
.
>Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature to today's date.
(Question :: Today's Date Signature Means ? )


> IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels.

> Police Certificate: Please provide an original police clearance certificate from India. Refer to www.cic.gc.ca for instructions. (Question :: Do I have to mail this Certificate to the Mailing address or can I scan and Email this ? )

If anybody can tell if I need to send the documents in original to them by mail or can I Scan and send thru email ?

Did anybody else received document request ?

Cic received my passport on 8th April too and my return tracker is not activated Tensed n pissed! I wish Cic wakes up!! (

Hi,

If you have travelled to India, in between then CIC normally ask for these documents.

Except police certificate rest of the documents you can scan & send through email but you have to send police certificate original through mail.

I am a Sept. 26th 2014 applicant, Below is the timeline of my application, My ECAS has only 4 lines with the last line stating Medicals have been received, the application is still in progress, I paid 550 CAD at the time of submission so I am not sure if I have already paid for RPRF.
I have seen people who applied later than me getting RPRF requests but I have not got any RPRF email yet, Is this delay normal ? I want to talk to CIC and ask for the latest status. Can someone please share CIC Ottawa phone number ?

No, no need for the IELTS exam as a dependent. It's just required for the primary applicant.

We have almost the same timeline. All you can do is just waaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiitttttttttt ??? ???.
There is no line added for RPRF, the way that you can ensure your payment has gone through is just by logging in to your ecase using your receipt number.

Wrong !!
You can send the scan copies of your PCC through email. Originals are not required unless they asked you specifically. I sent mine a couple of weeks ago, they didn't ask me for originals. But I would suggest you to read through their email thoroughly. They clearly mention this in their email.

Also, you can send Schedule A & Travel info documents through email. But make sure you are adding the latest information (from the date of your application) to Schedule A and Travel history documents. You cannot just scan the old documents and send them again.

Let me know if you need any further guidance. I have gone through this recently.

She has not given the test till now and she is the PA but she is in canada only for 4 years and working there with job in hand..thn also she needs to give the test?
