How have people ordered GCMS notes who are not in Canada? The only options I get are citizen, permanent resident, or in Canada at the moment.

How to change just the email address on the file? Case specific enquiry has change of address option only.

You need to submit a web form to change your email id. Check the below link -

From webform I am redirected to page which has below content

After clicking on “tell us more” its going to Case specific enquiry. Then select change of address and request the new email address change in the body? As there is no option specifically to change the email address.

Email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with all your details and they will change it for you. I got mine changed doing the same. Like you, I went to those link, but it tells you to change the address and all. So the best option is to email CPC ottawa. Hope it helps

Where do u live? If close to mississauga go to this place ive gone twice.

Both times cic received my rcmp clearance in about a week.

The cost is around 45 i think. But make sure u tell him u want the clearance mailed to u so u can mail it to cic. The other option is rcmp mailing it to cic but thays unreliable and sometimes it never reaches. If u send the certificate u can track it and can be sure its reached.

Hey, I think people are not answering because they don't know. I would call CIC directly and ask the agent. They will be able to give you an accurate answer

I sent them one RCMP in last October which is now six month old, cause RCMP is valid for six month maybe, I did my RCMP today and hopefully receive the result in week
