6. Select Member of public for "Select the category that best describes you"
7. select "E-mail" for "How would you prefer to receive the requested records" ( choose the mode you are comfortable with)

10. Select Privacy Act in next page
11. Submit the final request. Once you submitted the request, wait for one month
Thank you for replying. From my understanding, I need to apply under the "Access to Information Act" for a fee of $5. No? Did you already receive your notes?

Ok. I selected the Privacy Act and followed the steps you outlined, BUT yet again the same question appears. " What specific information are you looking for?"
1. The electronic notes of the immigration officer
OR
2. Your application, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from CIC.

Which answer did you chooses?

next step should be case file and you have to put in your UCI and your CEC application number

First of all congrats!!

Can you please share how long after the status changed to "decision made" in Ecas you got the COPR?

It seems no PPR this week for the visa required countries :'( :'( :'( CEC updated the processing times and luckily it is still 19 months.

Hi friends,

I sent out my passport after I got PPR and My passport was received at Ottawa on 14th April morning. I still see that the return envelope tracker is not activated. Kindly let me know how long it usually takes.

Also in my CIC ECAS the status still says "In Process" but i received PPR. Usually everyone gets the status changed to "Decision Made" before getting PPR ?

Please Advice. Appreciate your help guys.

It takes normally 2 weeks, so you should get back your passport next week only. Also when they will stamped your passport you will get Decision Made in ECAS. It happened exactly same with me. So dont worry. You are good now.

Really basic question..

I hadn't logged onto ecas in several months. When I do, I only see information for myself, not my spouse. Does ecas usually show both (I can't remember)?

hello,

i am Sept 4th application.
i requested for GCMS note last month, and just received.
i found they requested RPRF on March 9th, but either me or my lawyer hasn't received it till now.
we just paid the fee today, but wondering if late payment could result rejection of the application...
omg i am in panic...

I think it ususally shows the status of the principal applicant. Because it happened the same in my case. I guess its nothing to worry about it because myself and wife received our COPR recently..

It's not normal, ask for status request with your tracking number.

till date I ordered 3 GCMS notes & every time got the same before 31 calendar days.

Thank you so much bro.. :) I was worried. Once I get the passport back i have to do landing correct ? Current work permit expired for both me and my wife. Currently on implied status. While doing landing this is not an issue correct ? Please advice.
