Hey have been following this thread with interest so thought I would share my details to be added to the tracker!

Also just looking at the lengthening delays with AORs... does anyone know whether if we haven't had our AOR by January, will we need to reapply under express entry? Or will they honour the files they already have at CIO Sydney? This experience has been the most stressful of my life!

Yes, process is getting delayed. We are all hoping and wishing to get AOR before 1st Jan 2015 to avoid Express Entry. Just hope for the best

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I noticed that most people have nominated Ottawa as the processing office. I am now realizing I have made an epic fail by putting my country of nationality and should have put Ottawa. Any advice of how I can fix this to avoid delays? I have tried calling CEC with no luck (as I dont have an apn ID to quote). Would sending a letter requesting the correction be the next best option?

I do not know if I understand thia correctly, but it says in this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2014/ob572.asp that CEC applications will run 'till April 2015.

I have a question. if someone can help me I would appreciate it. I have my post graduate work permit until march 22nd 2015. I have applied for my PR through CEC and my application was received at nova scotia on 26th september. Looking at the current wait time(80+ days) for receiving AOR number i feel like I might just slip my deadline for applying for Bridge permit. As per bridge permit requirements it says i need to apply inbetween 90 to 120 days before my PGWP expires. So on dec 22nd I will be falling short of 90days to apply for Bridge permit. I could be thankful if someone can suggest on what could I do with my situation. Appreciate your time friends.

From my understanding, you can apply for BOWP within four months of your work permit expiration, so until a day before the expiration, you can apply. You just can't apply when it still has more than four months of validity.
