Yes please. What does that mean

From what I understand they are still reviewing your eligibility. U can check their notes on last 10 pages for more clue on why your eligibility is still in process.

This forum is dying due to very less number of applicants waiting to hear back from CIC. I'm happy for everybody who already got their PR in SEP 2014 batch.

My wife is in India for past 7 months waiting everyday to hear back from CIC. My BOWP expires in less than a month. It seems this waiting has no end. God have mercy on us.

Hang in there. If I were you I'll apply for the notes and see what's going on. This forum sure has fewer posts but it's not dying. I myself log in form time to time to see if I can help someone in need. It's my way to give back to the forum since it has helped me loads.

Yes thats the plan to apply OWP if I dont hear back by July 27.

GCMS notes should be delivered on July 23. I will keep you posted here. Thanks guys for keeping me motivated.

When did you apply, date?
You applied online in Canada? Your spouse is outside Canada? I wonder how much they will take to process SOWP in India?

My spouse is here with me in Canada
I applied on May 31st and got my approval on June 23rd (as per the letter) but June 24th is when I received the approval letter.

You should have applied for your spousal work permit along with yours. I am guessing that's an easier route.

I had my 1st BOWP last October. I married in Jan and added spouce to CEC. This will be my 2nd BOWP and 1st SOWP.

Hi , I just goy my GCMS Notes.
Medicals has gone back from Passed - Expired to In progress. :( :(

My wife did medicals in India on 11-Apr-2015 when she applied for TRV. we used the same medicals for PR as well, when I added her in June 2015 to my Pr application.
Looks like my wife's medicals expired.
My medicals are done in Nov 2015, so looks like my medicals are still valid.

In the GCMS notes i see a note saying Reassessment of medical validity has been sent from Delhi medical reassessment in first week of may 2016 and sent to my wife's email id, But she never received this. In the GCMS notes entire email is pasted where they asked for reassessment and asked the Panel physician it to be sent to Delhi if we are outside india.

Now I don't have that email or attachment in that email for reassessment.
My wife's is pregnant now and in her third trimester, so we cannot to do the X-ray.

should i contact CIC at ottawa or Delhi visa office for Medical reassessment mail. how to contact?
can we do the reassessment with out x-ray, as my wife is pregnant.

sent a mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa regarding my situation.
let's see if they reply.

MP office followed up with CIC today..... ??? ??? ??? ???

They told her, only medical has been passed. The criminality and security are still in process. They told her, within the next 6 weeks it might be some updates in the application..

I'm more than frustrated.... seems this waiting is gonna take forever :-X :-X :'( :'(

Just called CIC Call center.
Some nice lady picked the call and all she said was --- they are actively working on your file and we at the call center can not poke them to take further action only because they are already working on it.

When I asked her, what stage the file is at; she said --- Everything is ready and it's in the final review stage. She also added that, it does not mean that they will not need any information from you.

I wonder when I will get my PPR :o
