put your file number in the subject line and in the email body include :
- full name
- date of birth
- application number
- class of application
- UCI number
- that the attached are your upfront medicals and request them to attach it to your file.

Hello everyone, i noticed that some of you mentioned "the 3rd line" regarding to medical results received. I haven't received MR and I haven't done the upfront. Below is my lines as shown at CIC application status. I wonder anyone else has the same? Did you guys have 2 lines only before MR?

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 5, 2015.
We started processing your application on February 5, 2015.

yup, I havent recieved my medical request, but my ecas only had 2 lines;

I did my upfront medicals last week .. the doc didnt give me any documentation but just the receipt and said she will upload the results to CIC in 2 weeks.
Do i need to email CIC and let them know i did medicals or should i just wait for them to receive the info from the doc and then update my ecas?

Nothing is random. they once pick French application from thousands of application,some kind of racist , that is my feeling .
