Can somebody please tell me that my VISA office was not mentioned in the PER MAIL . So what can I assume . I applied from New Delhi So does it remain the same ?

I guess something wrong with so many September applicant specially in between 5th to 20th September.
Some people have no news about DD or CC charged, Some reported CC and DD has been charged but ECAS is not active.
For Some ECAS is also active but No PER.
One case of 5th September CC charged ECAS active and finally got the file back mentioning that not having 1 year continuous full time experience in last 10 years which is the Step 1 to start processing of any application under FSW

CC charged on December 01 and no Per until now. 45 days has passed.
ECAS shows in process....in process of what???? Omg!?

Hi guys,

Just to let you know that my app got returned today. The letter was done on 31-12-2104, so it took 2 weeks to get to me.

The reason they are stating is non matching job duties and not enough experience (1 year) in the NOC.

It is really strange and stupid in the same time as I have 11 years of experience in a multinational company, but apparently the proofs I've sent were not good enough (contracts, pay stubs...).

I think that they have a new person dealing with 1123 noc as I was charged in November when the NOC stuff should have been checked. So someone else checked it and accepted it, but a new person who was suppose to count the points decided to refuse it.

Same as me, according to Helene21's feedback, I assume as long as we can see the 1st line, we are still safe.
I think the problem is CIC miss sending some PER mail to some Sep applicants during Dec-24 to Jan-4th, maybe they are enjoying the holidays.

Thanks! I am rethinking my entire immigration strategy no, so I will see. I might try this time to go through my company. It will take longer but at least it will be for sure. Someone even posted that that is the better option as at least you have a secure job.

My application was delivered on September 17. Up till now my CC wasn't charged and I didn't receive any info from CIC. What does it mean? Should I wait more or it means that I'm out?

Do they send an email of ECAS & then another email of PER it after CC/DD charge what ever comes it has to be either PER or NR ? I just saw a member with ECAS & then his NR arrives? can this happen?

btw how does a PER look like... what does it says ?

Hi,

One you application go through completeness check they charge you CC and DD
and your file will be created. This means they will scan your barcode generated
in generic application for FSW.

After that an officer review your file and send PER (Positive eligibility review) or NER.

It can happen that you ger ECAS access but got NER because you may have complete
application but officer may have some problems with you experience letter.


PER email is quite generic "mainly states you met the eligibility and you file now be processed in
local visa office along with details about you UCI, application number and CC/DD receipt number"

I called CIC and after several times was able to get my UCI

Online status says ..... IN PROCESS

2nd for Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia

Status " IN PROCESS " has a different meaning on both links ... which 1 should be followed ... and how long does it take for PER email after UCI is created

I think PER means 50 % done you will left with

1) Again a senior officer will check file
2) Medicals
3) Background checks

You may need to submit police certificate or proof of funds etc.
After PER if your chances are extremely high to go through just patience.
