Same as me, according to Helene21's feedback, I assume as long as we can see the 1st line, we are still safe. I think the problem is CIC miss sending some PER mail to some Sep applicants during Dec-24 to Jan-4th, maybe they are enjoying the holidays.

Sorry to hear that. I believe there are many September applicants including me are facing the same situation, My ECAS is active for a month too, still no PER email. So I assume my app is on its way back. Are you still able to see your 1st line in ECAS after receiving your returning files?

What is your NOC? Do you have the UCI?

Hi All My application (NOC:0113) received on Sep-9th, DD en-cahsed on Dec-2nd, but till now no PER/NER email received... I can log on my ecas and it shows "In Progress". I see most September applicants under same NOC have received their PER. Anybody has the same situation? What should I do...
