My file got return - Reason " They are not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that I performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupations as described of the NOC 0112"

I request you all to share your experience letter with me. If you could send me the wording you all have mentioned in your experience letter would be highly appreciated!

September applicants, try to stop worrying about your file whether CC charge or PER. Obviously, CIO has been unpredictable these past few weeks (especially on CC charges). But one thing I noticed is that the average days of PER being received does not move at most. Safe to say that the 120 day grace period before starting to worry should still apply to many. Just compute your 120 days from the date received and try not to be paranoid about your application until then. Send an enquiry on the 70th day and you will receive a status update on 120th. PER might appear before that but at least you have a future update covered.

I agree with everything you just said but unfortunately heart doesn't listen to this.. It only asks us to keep checking our emails and forum for any possible update on September applicants

While My Brain Agrees with this, My Heart does not - If that was the case, 90% of this forum will also be comment less . But yeah... September applicants, especially the 2171 guys including me needs to go to some meditation retreat!

Dear KSA, I am 2171 applicant and app recd is 25/09, If at all my application is returned due to CAP full, which would be the similar NOC related to 2171 to re-apply for??? and considering thats not full and my app reaches before 31st Dec... I can get another reference letter from my company for a different NOC too...please advise..

I am 3rd july applicant, i got my PER on 28th october, but i havent got my medical yet. Mine is NDVO. While some one who got PER on 5th november got his medical.do you know what could be the reason.
