September 2014 applicants

Does anyone knows how they control this? I mean, many people from September (19 - 30) didn´t get charged yet ( CC ). And they´re already charging October.

I think there's a lot but not all has the chance to update here or they just don't know this stuff

What is the latest DD encashment date by CIO??? Is there any update about PER and DD encashment lately???
