I am intrigued by this as well, the only reason why I can think of (and please excuse me, maybe I'm going over the line here with a prejudice) is that they might have seen his tattoos on the photos and would want to clarify that he does not belong to a gang or something like that.

Yes that's what we assumed as well. The thing that bothered us however is that, he has a clean criminal record, perfect medical exam...it's definitely a form discrimination.

File Transfer to New Delhi - 26 sept 2013


I got confirmation of application received and file transfer to NDVO by email which I mentioned in my application.

Upto now I haven't got PPR. Do they ask by email or postal mail for submission of passport.

Welcome to the September group

NDVO usually sends you email requesting for passport and other documents you missed out in your initial package. I noticed that you get PPR within three to four weeks from the date you file was transferred to NDVO.

another from August and September 2013 applicant got DM already and ready for VISA to be release from Manila VO... they're also affected by the Typhoon here in Phil..
