@needvisa25. Where do we mail the passport? I mean the mailing address...just want to confirm....finally I got all my pccs and now ready to mail everything. Is the address on the bottom of the PPR letter?

I assume its the one at the footer of the PPR, I also found it strange they didn't clearly specify where to send it. We just sent ours today through VFS Global. They already know where to send Canada passport requests, we didn't need to specify the address. Maybe Sunil Siwatch or mumbaigirl can clarify if they used couriers instead of VFS.

I have applied for my Mother and sister's sponsorship in Dec 2009. I got additional docs request in Aug 2013, I sent them docs. The package was rec'd was Bud Jamal on Oct 4th. I called CIC call centre to confirm the docs status and application status. The agent told me that she can not find any records of documents received by cic. I am so worried. I really hope they haven't lost our docs. I am extremely upset. Do anyone of you had same situation? I am not sure if there is actual guy Bud Jamal at Mississauga CIC.

oh im sorry to hear that... but in any chance did you get any email from them after the re-submission of additional req? I believe theres a name Bud Jamal existing in CPC-M coz most of people here in forum recieved apps by that name...

i am sorry to hear that as well.we sent our apps on july 2 and was received by Bud Jamal too on July 3.
