they will email us when the visa office of my country received the app right?

Some visa offices do, but not all. My wife's visa office (new Delhi) doesn't seem to send AOR's they directly ask for the passport.

This is the update I have since I've sent in the application:

Medical results have been received.

Under my spouse ID number to check online it says: "Decision Made" So I click on it and tells me the same stuff:
We received your application to sponsor (my name here) on September 10, 2013.

We sent you a letter on September 25, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

But yet no AOR or SA email ! Sad ! Anyone else have the same problem? I am using NEW DELHI visa office.

So, please tell me this is positive or negative for my application means my application is approved or not ?

i believe that's already your AOR/SA, its a confirmation that they've get your application... that's good for you...

You application is very encouraging [DM in a months time] to me, but it is also very perplexing. I thought that SA had to be complete before it is sent to India. I think you can contact CPC-M and get the status of your SA.

Did you already send your passport to the NDVO?

Also, where did you get the ID number from if they have not contacted you yet?

my husband got the SA today el7 (2-10-2013) by email which is super fast

they provide us with UCI and application number so we can check the status online but it doesnt work dont know why
does anyone who got AOR or SA been able to check his ecas?

Congratulations! Hope my wife gets her SA soonish ... hope everything is alright with our application since it was received by CIC-M at the same date as yours

I can be added too to spreadsheet. CPC-M receive app on 16th september. Got AOR on 26 sep saying it was received on 16th sep. File was not showing up online until yesterday, but only says application has been received for now. Still waiting for s/a. (sponsoring wife , morocco - rabat office )

I just discovered that I am able to log into eCAS now using my wife's data.

Looks like they have not started working on our application yet.

It doesn't necessarily mean they're not working on it. I receive SA on the 24th and ECAS hasn't been updated. It says the same as yours.
