I have a question. Approximately after how many days of Medical results uploaded to CIC , E-CAS status is updated to medical results have been received, My medicals results were uploaded by doctor on May 9,2014. thanks

It is hard to say. The CIC medical office will review the results, once it is cleared with no issue, it will be updated in E CAS.

i had two qs:

1. Do we need to send photos along with passport for the ppr?
2. I am going to pick someone at the Calgary intnl airport. Can i do landing at the airport? at arrivals?

If PPR did not ask for photos, you don't need to send. Same in my PPR, it did not request, I am not going to send it.

No, photos are not required (unless you've been specifically asked by CIC in the PPR) as GHD1213 mentioned above.
No you can't land at the airport if you're just going to pick up somebody. You can land at the airport if you're arriving by plane as a passenger though.
