I also need to know the answer. I stay at Toronto. Even I don't have US visa. So I want to know where we can finish off with the landing formalities without getting a rejection stamp of US on my passport. I am keeping this question myself and wanted to ask when I get my PPR request

You don't need a US visa to complete the landing. And you don't get a "rejection stamp" in your passport.
Tell the US officer you are flagpoling to become a permanent resident of Canada.

my Ecas status changed to 'Decision Made' this weekend (11th May). Passports 'out to delivery' to CPC since morning... :

Lucky you.. you got your PPR same day?.
My Status changed on last 28 of april but still i didn't get PPR. Do you know how long i would take after decision made. Its killing still i am not getting PPR.

About 70-80 days, or even longer. You can't travel without the PR card. If you choose to leave
Canada without, you will have to apply for a travel document from outside Canada.
