One of my friends PR application got rejected and I have heard they are rejecting most of the files which are under accounting NOC codes? Is that true? Sorry I'm too scared so just wanted to clear out.

What is your friends NOC code and yours if you could share?

It's 1311 for me and my friend both. But my lawyer filled in 1231 which is according to 2006 NOC.

Thanks for sharing. Firstly since you have received the AOR, which means cic accepted your case. Though 1311 is not eligible any longer, yours is still eligible at the time when you applied, ad long as your duties conform to the NOC code, you should be fine. There must be somewhere wrong in Your friend' s case which made the vo feel unsatisfactory. What you heard that they rejected the accounting NOC is with no any logical ground. So be positive!

Her's was rejected because her experience wasn't for 12 months that's what the letter said.

So it is a obvious mistake she made regardless of NOC code. Furthermore, she is not eligible any longer, unfortunately.

Yeah. It's sad for those who get their applications rejected. I'm so scared myself.

Don't get over stressed yourself. There is nothing we can do but wait. But one thing you could do is to order GCMS note to keep yourself updated. If you are a Sep applicant, you may start to order it from now on, it is free anyway.

Best luck!

Sorry I have this another question jumping in my head. So like I worked for 2 months out of 12 with this company and my employer didn't mentioned my salary and just sort of mentioned 3-4 duties (not explained tho) but I attached Notice of assessment and T4 from that company and the other company which I'm stop working for, gave me a proper reference letter. How many chances are there for my application to be rejected? And if it did, which I hope it doesnt, what options do I have? My work permit is valid till July 2015.

Is that 2 months part of the qualified period you claimed? Put in this way, did you have exact 12 months experience or more than 12 months at the time when your app was submitted?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for not actively participating. Since April is coming up soon(and hopefully we get MRs then :D) can anyone provide a list or give a link to where i can do a medical exam in Vancouver. Just want to know where to go right away when the Medical Request arrives. Are some doctors faster than others?

Also, I am waiting for US police certificate for about a month and a half now. Should I call them or is it a normal wait time?

Thanks so much!!!
