And to remove your lawyer as your representative, you will have to fill out form IMM5476 and remove your current
representative from your application.
If your lawyer is representing you, all communication will be send to his email address,Iwanttoimmigrate said:iam_toby,
I got a response back from Immigration on my email address change request.
"Please be advised that we have email address blah @ blah.com listed as your representative on file and correspondences have been sent to this email address. If this person is no longer representing you, please inform our office of the change so we may update your file accordingly."
Does it mean that I have remove my lawyer as my representative before I can change the email to mine? I don't know what to respond them? I don't want to remove my lawyer from representing my file since I may need is help in case of any issues.
Fellow applicants please suggest!
Are your language results sufficient for a skill level 0 application?? If not, your application will be rejectedToronto_Mapleleaf said:Hello iam_toby,
I am a september end applicant and have a couple of questions regarding my CEC application. I was wondering if you can provide me any info on this.
-I have just realised that my NOC code "0621" falls under Category O, however, on the cover letter that i submitted with my application i have written it as Category B instead as i thought that my NOC was a part of Category B.
Could you please advise.
Thanks.

Assuming that you've already received the AOR and "noc 0" is only mentioned on a cover letter andToronto_Mapleleaf said:Hello iam_toby,
Yes, you are right. I had that question too.
However, my IELTS result is pretty good for Category O.
Listening-7
Reading-6.5
Writing-6.5
Speaking-7
Overall-7
So i guess as all the scores are more than 6 so i will be still eligible, right?
Therefore, considering this could you please advise about the application.
Thanks.

If error is only in cover letter, i dont think you need an updated letter. order GCMS notes and check what details they enter in system..if you see any thing wrong then send another updated letter.Toronto_Mapleleaf said:Thanks iam_toby.
I do have an AOR for my Application. The error is only in the cover letter as in the application forms it is just required to put the 4 digit noc code number and not the skill type. Therefore, i think i will email them the updated cover letter.
Also, i have one more question if you could advise. I started working full time since august 2012, and my PGWP came in mid september 2012. I have filed my application in the end of september 2013 after i completed the 1 year of full time work on my PGWP. However, i requested the employment letter from my employer in the first week of september 2013.
Will it be ok?
Thanks.
