Hello everyone!

I have got my AOR under the CEC, since Nov 9 my NOC is not eligible anymore. My question is it will be process as normal or it will get less priority? Another question I got an AINP nomination in October valid until April 2014 but still I didn't submit my application in CIO, What do you think guys should I apply or wait for CEC application? Appreciate for your opinions.

The new rules won't affect your application.

Something I want to add tho, if you want you can apply ( if you're eligible ) under your provinces PNP program,
as a backup to your CEC application. That would mean preparing a second application and paying new application fees for that application.
However, the CEC class is a pass/fail system. If you meet the requirements and
pass all tests, then you're all set.

That's what I think, but there is nothing wrong, my history is clear, all the required documents are provided, all the police report where I live more than 6 months and CELPIP test. If I apply through PNP I need to afford $2000 more for my all the police clearance, and fee. Lets see another 5 more months coz still I have 5 more months validity of provincial nominee..also I'm able to extend my nominee program for 6 another months. Again thanks Tobi.

Can log in to ECAS now.

It only has one line about the application receipt.

Hi

Any BOWPs with more than 4 months validity. Please update.

I have not seen even a single successful BOWP applicant with more than 4 months validity. Please guide/redirect me to someone who was successful.

Reason: I will get full confidence with my application.

Thanks & regards,
Kunishsa

Any response please? Sorry and thank you.

That's not an encouraging news :(

No, it's not, I'm sorry. But with the new OB485 they made it clear that in case you
have than 4 months left on your work permit, you're not eligible.

why u need to apply with more than 4 month left on work permit. Rules are quite straight forward if you recieved your AOR and found eligible you will get BOWP...
