1. If your certificates were issued on September 2013, then you can use them till December 2013. So yes you can use the same police certificates and language results.
2. The certificates does not need to be sealed. But make sure you send original police and language certificates. Keep a photocopy for yourself.
3. Don't be upset. Send in your application, and you will get AOR with in 45 days.
4. How are you going to pay the fees this time? Credit card or Bank draft?

It is up to you use the same forms, OR fill out and print new forms. We had people use the same forms and they said, it is OK.

update the spreadsheet accordingly. Please check the spreadsheet and use the update-form in my

You had paid online right? and also the amount has been deducted from your account/credit card, then how suddenly they are saying its not processed?

I have seen from above thread that, most of the members has paid online and has already received their AOR

I have no idea, thet just say my online did nor processed, and tI paid $550. they already charged that amount from my credit card, they ask me to contact precurement...

Yes. It doesn't expire.

On my application, uder immigration office requested, I put CIO, but they use red pen and marked CPR, so should I put CPR next time? but I mail my application to CIO though.

Yes, put 'CPR' or 'CPP-O' and mail to CIO.
