If you're living and working outside of QC now, than providing rent contract and employer letter would be enough I guess. Otherwise it will hard to prove your intention to live outside of QC.

I am infact in India now. But since I am working in the Indian business unit of same Group where I was working in QC they are thinking that I might go back to same place

No update as of right now, just checked ECAS a couple of minutes ago. Haven't ordered
GCMS notes yet, gonna wait for a week or two and then order if I don't hear back from
CIC by then.

Hello guys any one have experience with doctor Dharmavathy in scarborough and finch Ave east. All doctor almost on may appointment, I got this appointment on next week. Pls share ur experience. I'm happy can get early than next month.

nothing yet. Waiting and waiting. I emailed CPC on April 4th to find out if they got my RCMP clearance. no response on that either.

Expert opinion required-

I have received an Email from CIC asking for : "Evidence of Residential Intentions: Please provide evidence that you intend to reside in a province other than the province Quebec."

Question came to me probably because Canadian experience of 2 years which I have is from "Quebec" .

any suggestions?

When did you get that email?

I would submit documents such as rental agreements, leases, utility bills. Documents that proof that you're living and
intend to live outside of Quebec.

Got my MR request

- MR Request on April 11th

- eCAS updated to in process on April 10th

Also, can you update my file received date to Sept 26th - it will show an appropriate trend on the tracker (that's what is shows on eCAS)
