I sent my additional documents to the email address I was asked to (cpc-ctd-ottawa @ cic.gc.ca). But I never received the acknowledgement for that email. Is it their usual practice? Should I re-send it?

I paid RPRF upfront and I got reply within a minute. I sent email to <CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca>

Did you send additional details to <CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca> ??
Be aware this email address is for receiving payment receipts only.

But if you have to send other documents, you can send it to Ottawa -> CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca

Ooops, you are certainly right. I actually sent the additional document to the correct address (cpc-ctd-ottawa @ cic.gc.ca). I made a mistake when posting in here (modified the previous post not to confuse the others). Regardless, I did not get the acknowledgement. Not sure if that was the case with the rest of people who had to send additional document.

After about a week, you can ask them to acknowledge. They acknowledge me when I asked for it after a week

CIC received my PP on Friday April 4, issued visa and CoPR the same day and my return tracker was activated on Tuesday April 8.

I have emailed Police certificate and also mailed it by post yesterday. The answer i have received:

"Thank you for your correspondence. Your documents have been associated to your application.
No further action is required on your part at this time.
You will be contacted should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file.

Hang in there man. It will arrive when you least expect it. Have you ordered GCMS notes to clear out any confusion?
