When did u sent passports for stamping. If envelope has your friends canada address. then its normal as cic would send the passsports back to the address mentioned.

My passports reached ottawa on 10th .still return tracker not activated. dont know how long it gone take to stamping

Application filed - 9 th sep Aor- 20 nov medical ( for me n spouse)- 14 th april 2014 Rprf - 10th may medical (for my newborn baby)- 25th may ppr- 19th june

I got request on 19 th june..then I request ed visa office change and send several rminders but didnt got reply so as per the lawyers advise finally sent passports to ottawa for stamping.

I have also requested the visa office change more than 60 days ago but CIC didnt replied so finally sent the passports to Ottawa, canada for stamping
