Yes, this is the right number. I heard It takes about 30mins to 1hr but it connects in the end. I never called.

Hi, My CEC AOR approved just now. I am planning to apply for BOWP now. My current WP (company dependent) is expiring in June 2014. Can i apply for BOWP now?. Also, please advise CIC issue the BOWP for how many months. Any info is much appreciated.
