OMG! I am still in shock, my wife got her PPR! She got a letter in the mail that it was approved Jan 30th, so it was only IN PROCESS for 5 days! What a miracle!

I am still in shock and shaking! She will be here in March!

Now, its for sure Caipirinha time!

Have faith everyone...I can tell you that prayer does work!

Hi Kurt,

I think u shld be able to view ur singapore address anytime when u login after u have ur file number.
If u don't see ur address now then most probably you will get an update in ur e-cas real soon -
most likely ur file will go "in process".

Thanks for the congrats.!

When we got the sponsorship approval my name was spelt differently so I was concerned about any errors or problems that it may cause us in the future, also we moved away so.. having pass 2 months exactly from the sponsorship approval we sent an email to the VO the 31th of January informing them our new location and also correcting the name. We let them know that we would prefered to be contacted through email same as they gave us the first good news.
The next day we got the Passport request via email !!
Its interesting because before the sponsorship approval , we called and asked about it as we had exactly 2 months waiting for it. They said.. we had to wait... or something.. but the next day we got the email as well saying my husband was aprroved

Seems that remember them about your case could work. Or could be just coincidence?

I was wondering if you know.. theres any documents they need to give us back? pics? or anything else?

If they voluntarily didn't return your pics back then it means that they're going to keep them in your file. Only sometimes they return pics but it's completely up to them. There is no a standard procedure for that.

I'm not sure how to fix it (except delete the column), and I'm not sure how useful it is, now that most of us have reported to have their sponsorship approved already.

This Sunday will mark the 2nd month since my eCAS went to "In Process". :'( This is taking much much longer than I anticipated. I am stressed out at work and constantly waiting for the email that still never arrives. Do they need me for an interview? Any lacking requirements? Arrrgh!

I know I will be a standard bearer for the September batch since I was received 09/01, and it is kinda tough on me now that my wife's in her 3rd month of pregnancy... but I am still praying for everyone's fast processing and approval. I know God has one eye on this thread and is carefully planning out how to hand out our visas soon.

Don't worry Ashwuooddream, the email you are waiting for will come very soon.

The ways of God are unknowed, but He always know what we need, everything it's happening for a reason in our lifes, I stronglly believe that.

During this process (Me and my husbund applyed on 21 July 2011, and still we don't have "In Process" on e-cas) I many times lost my Faith, and believe me I didn't have a great life before I met my husbund, and I didn't lost my Faith before, only now this anxity and sress which comes with this recidency process it really hit me a few times.

I did wonder myself at times "why our file was lost, and then it was found, why I forgot to sign two pages on the forms, why Mississagua didn't send the file to Bucharest when they suppose to (got 8 November the approval letter, there they say, your file has been transfered to Bucharest), why all of these has to happen...??!!)

My guess was and I was sure about it, it wasn't suppose to happen!

My husbund always saing "tout vient à temps à qui sait attendre" "everything it's coming at the right moment"

And one more thing, I don't think they need you for an interview, this is one of the the first thnig what immigration officers doing before on going further with the file.....

No worries!

At least is what I understood from reading all these people's posts on this forum site (doing that pretty often lately..)
