Just joined the forum and posted in the Buffalo thread but I'm also a September app so I'll join in here too.
I'm a British citizen being processed through Buffalo as I'm in Canada on a 1 year work permit.

Timeline as follows.

Application filed 28th Sept 2011 to CPC-M.
Sponsor Approved 8th Dec 2011 - confirmed by phone although still haven't received the email yet.

Still waiting for an AOR from Buffalo. Address disappeared last Friday I'm hoping it means something is coming!? Well one can hope eh!

Hi Kurt,

When you log into your ecas (principal applicants) it should say your name at the top and underneath is usually a box with your address in. Underneath that is the status box which you can click into for details about you app.

My address disappeared once before for a day just shortly after my sponsor was approved but nothing happened.

There is speculation that things happen with this event but it isn't conclusive. I am just hopeful! Our times are pretty close where's your visa office? Sorry I just saw it's Singapore.

Hey Kurt,

Don't u have ur own login? it is ur file number sent by CIC-M to ur wife on the sponsorhip approval letter.
it starts with an F0000XXXXX or B0000XXXXX!
coz if u login with ur wife's uci, you only see her address but u don't see urs in singapore.
if you login with ur file num then u will see your resident address in singapore.
unless u used ur wife's address as ur correspondent's address! ;D

it starts with an F0000XXXXX or B0000XXXXX!

i haven't see my address yet if i use my file number to login. maybe because the status is Application received?

Hi Kurt,

I think u shld be able to view ur singapore address anytime when u login after u have ur file number.
If u don't see ur address now then most probably you will get an update in ur e-cas real soon -
most likely ur file will go "in process".

Well, even though I submitted my app at the same time as another person ('NSDOL' user) from Buffalo thread, that person is ahead of me, as they already got PPR! I'm happy for that person but at the same time jealous, as that person clearly got ahead of me with 'equal start'. Quite unfair

yah its really unfair..october got visa already..they forgot september in my vo.is it that we applied in quebec i dont even see my medical result just application receievd...very sad no news still address disappear........almost 2 weeks soon
