Hi,

I need expert advice please. I have received my COPR for Canada, but before going to Canada i want to also apply to Europe as a tourist. I was filling out the form, where they have asked if i have other residence in addition to country of nationality. Am i supposed to mention my COPR for Canada? Or we only mention when we have PR in hand? Though the canadian visa is stamped on the passport.

COPR itself is just the future ticket for PR. Unless you use you are not PR yet. (and yes it can still be rejected during landing).
So if you have just COPR but not a confirmed PR status, your answer is still no.

I will have only 3 weeks after i file the application for say norway, which it says on website takes 2 weeks to process (rest of the countries take around 4 weeks), and before i leave for canada. Is it risky submitting my passport for two weeks? What if it takes longer?

Contact the embassy in your country where you intend to apply........check their processing times.
Nobody here can say anything.....
