Hi, I’m a minor not from Canada and I want to know if a notarized custodianship form is necessary for entry into Canada for summer camp. I received the form but my parents have been overseas and cannot notarize the form. Though, by the time I arrive in Canada one of my parents will be there traveling with friends. All I could provide is the Letter of Acceptance and my country’s permit for a minor to travel alone. Will this be an issue?
