I knew you have sent the application already, so i said this is the only best option. Dont you have online banking?? get the online banking and pay to that credit card through your bank account... you will have advance payment, and it will work for sure.

Its so easy. go to ur embassy, take a letter from them in Arabic
go to MOFA
stamp it wid 25 or 30 SAR
Den go to Police head quarters nead IDB

Give finger prints. take it back in 2 weeks time
Translate it

As per your time line you sent application under FSW 2013 , as for 2014 they started accepting applications after 30 April. Correct?

For your PP, I would say you better wait for Isb High commission to complete their processing.

I had sent by TNT from Riyadh on 24th May and it got delivered on 28th May.

Please remember, there is no office for any international courier in Sydney NS, once it reach Toronto, it is handed over to a local courier service.
