Is it weird that my application is still not finalized, since sept 2009.. which is 25 months...

FSW is "federal skilled worker" class, under which NOC have you applied.

To Applicant who are waiting from 2009 and are very upset!!!
I know cases from Saudi Arabia Are since 2005 & 2006 & 2008..!!! Medical Done once...
BUT NO VISAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THEM!!!!

DO YOU BELEIVE THAT???? CANADA GOV are playing with your money in marketing for their image " best place to Live in the world"

So No worries...Canada is should be an Option from many options.....not the only option...

My ecas is now showing Decesion Made since October 20, 2011 but not yet received the passport w/ visa.
Anybody has idea how Visa Office will send back my passport? I know it is by courrier, but how?

Good to know you are almost done. Now if you are in Riyadh, i have read in this forum that PP's come via courrier to the Canadian Embassy in Riyadh, and you will have to collect by hand from them.Pardon me if it is not like this, as i am sharing what i remember having read in this forum.Cheers

Hi Horace. Congrats. I and my wife are applying under the federal skilled worker category with her being the principal applicant and me being the dependant. Am here right now working in Saudi Arabia and she is in London. Just would like to ask if you included a certified copy of your iqama among the documents you submitted? Did you have it translated?... I'm just asking this because our immigration consultant is telling me to submit a certified copy of the iqama... I only have right now with me a certified true copy of my passport which includes the entry stamp of my entry here in Saudi.. Thanks and hope you can help me... Cheers

In my case i just included photycopy of my iqama without english translation.
But its better to follow your consultant's advice anyway it will just cost around 35 sar to translate in english here in Riyadh.

i recieved letter from cic for PCC , unfortunately i give it somebody to do it, but lost the original PCC form which i have to show to ministry to foreign affairs for verification, i have photo copy of it, can i use photocopy to verify from ministry of foreign affairs.
As i have only one month to submit it.and if i request other letter from CIC it takes time
plz help me to sort out this problem.

Yes you can use photocopy if they ask. Generally they don't need it. Just tell them police clearence for canada.
I got it twice for the same reason and never showed them this form.
