Dear all,

I studied during the Covid-19 pandemic period, during which some classes had to be conducted online according to the Fanshawe college covid-control protocols and government restrictions. After completion of the college I received a program completion letter stating that I attended full time in person classes with some classes online due to Covid-19. Recently, I had to get my degree certificates attested with the Saudi Arabia Cultural Bureau, but no matter how many times I asked my college I was told they could only provide a letter that says hybrid synchronous learning, but the cultural bureau needs it attested saying it as not online.

Any idea to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Not a Canadian immigration issue. This is an issue with Saudi Arabia. Your education was online and the college is correct in saying hybrid synchronous learning because that is what you completed. They cannot say that you didn't take online classes because you did.
