Hello to all members,

By the grace of Allah today I got PPR2 request.
I have to submit my Passports to Riyadh VAC within 30 days for visa stamping. I would like to know is there any services charges to pay in form of check or draft with courier???

any member who submitted his passport in Riyadh VAC share his experience and procedure for sending and receiving the passports is appreciated.

Another question can i request to extend this 30 days time for submission of PP to 40 or 45 days, since i have a urgent meeting outside kingdom and will return before only 2 days of this 30 days limit so i don't want that there should be any delay which can create a problem

I got the PPR email on 20-Oct-2015 with letter carrying instructions from London VO.

On 21 Oct morning, I submitted our original passports (2 adult and 2 child), photos and filled PPR letter to VFS Riyadh office at Umm Al Hammam. I also paid a total fees of SR 415 in cash.

I got a email from VFS on 22 oct evening that Passport is ready for collection.

I went to VFS on 23 Oct and collected our Passport with stamped visa and COPR document (2 Copies, 1 with photo and 1 without photo)

You can request LVO for an extension in submitting the passport.

This fee is for 4 passports.

For one passport, it may come around 105 SR.

Pls check with vfs for the exact amount.

I didn't get your question. Do you mean getting Saudi final exit visa? If yes, then I recommend don't process for final exit until you get the Canadian visa in-hand.

@ Neilphysio....it would be best to file an exit when you have the visa on hand. Sometimes, CIC can change their mind after passport request. Remember it's better to be always at the safe side.

Got MR, RPRF, PCC and POF request on 12 Nov, 2014 after 3 yrs 7 months. Hope this is a good news and I will get my PPR soon? I have seen mane people in Riyadh are getting their visas stamped from VFS Riyadh. Is that true?

I am in a great confusion since the "decision is made" on my application and i also got email on 17-11-2014 in which CIC asked me to submit all family passports for visa stamping.

The problem starts with my medical expiry date.

Got medical request on 05-11-2013
Medical done 10-12-2013 but kept hold x-ray of my wife due to the pregnancy.
X-ray done after baby birth on 09-06-2014
New born medical done on 18-09-2014

Now i have to submit the passports with in 30 days of the letter which i received on 17-11-2014 till 17-12-2014

Technically my medical will expire with in these date range that is 10-12-2014

Now my question is will the medical be counted from the first date 10-12-2013 or after the x-ray that was on 09-16-2014

I am in great dilemma now please anybody advice me what to do in this situation?
should i submit the passport or should i write an email to CIC for the medical expiry date confirmation

Medical will be counted from your first medical date of 10-12-2013 and Visa expiry date for all your family members will be very close to 10-12-2014 in case you choose to submit your passports for Visa stamping now. Also you must land in Canada on or before the Visa expiry date on passport. Act fast.

Otherwise you will have to write to LVO and it is likely that you will have to do remedicals to extend your Visa expiry date.

Dear Seniors,

I need help and guidance regarding the PCC from Pakistan. As I live in Saudi Arabia since my childhood, so I have only lived in Pakistan back in year 2000 for more than 6 months. I was 18 then. But Pakistani Police are creating fuss, they say only blood relation can take the PCC where as I have no blood relation in Pak as we are all Saudi based, then when thy agreed they want a letter from Higher official and stamped, I have sent though and also sent the email copy which I rcvd from LVO. Now its sat- sunday, lets see what will they do on monday. I am concerned if they still didnt issue, then what options do I have? Can I apply thru Pakistani embassy in Riyadh? Please help if any one can.
