Good day everyone!
Me and my partner has been in a genuine same-sex relationship for about a year and a half now. I just came here in canada through my mother's sponsorship last june2016.
Would there be any problem sponsoring my partner in the Philippines?
Same sex marriage is not an option there.
What proofs can we show to prove that our relationship is real?
Is it worth it to pay for immigration adviser?
I got tons of questions about the whole process but these are the ones that are bothering me most right now. Or are there any other things that i should be bothered most? :);)

Thank you guys! I hope you can help me with this.:);)

Hi, I have no experience with the conjugal partner sponsorship, but maybe this thread will be of some help? http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/conjugal-partner-sponsorship.36627/

In outline, you may be able to apply for conjugal (you meet the criteria of difficult relationship - same sex in Philippines), but you will probably need to prove first that you cannot get married (eg, your partner should apply to visit Canada, where you can marry, or you should both try to go to Spain/New Zealand/South Africa where you could marry), or live together for 12 months (in the Philippines, or in Canada, or anywhere else).

Hi jujunfoo! as for my experience, if you can apply for a visitor visa for your partner then it's better. Get married here, then process inland spousal application. That's what my wife and i did. Since we all know, same sex marriage in Our country is not allowed.
