Review Required - Criminality

Hi my timeline is:

CEC inland, one dependant
AOR March 9th

Just got gcms notes ordered at the end of May.

Eligibility - recommend pass
Criminality - in progress, review required, about UK police check and stat question.

I have 'no live trace' on my UK PC as I had a misdemeanour theft charge (reprimand, no cell no sentence) in 2004. It's not active now and all other police checks including RCMP have been passed (I've lived in a few countries for more than six months).

I'm hoping the review required is just as simple as needing to be confirmed by an agent over an analyst because I ticked yes to have you ever been arrested. At the top of my last page of notes it says 'could not pass criminality, agent please review'.

I've been in Canada on both a student /work and working holiday and they accepted me before.

Just wondered if anyone else has experience with this? Everything else in the application looks fine.

Hoping there won't be too long a delay because of this...

As long as you declared the misdemeanour in your application, there should be no issue. Processing might take a bit longer - that's it.

Thanks for reply. Most definitely did declare. Now and in every application! Well I suppose I shall just have to be patient!
