Resubmitted application returned again

My first citizenship application was submitted in November 2020. It got returned in February 2021. I resubmitted it again in February itself. Now in April it came back again stating that I didnt pay the fees. The fee receipt is right there attached with the application. I am at my wits end about what to do!!!!

Is it a family package? Maybe the fee didn't cover all members if that's the case.

Or maybe the receipt barcode was not clear. I would expect minor things Sydney office to act upon.

Its a single application. 630$ submitted. Barcode is so clear.
