I agree, put the her Korean name in as name of birth. You can attach a letter of explanation and her adoption papers to explain the situation.

Lots of people get a new passport before the old one expires. My latest I got over a year before the old one expired (because I was moving and didn't want to deal with renewing from abroad), never explained why and they never asked

Yes it would. I just got my oath invite today, for April 23th. Got it 8 days after decision made but had an urgent application so not sure if you can use that timeline

Maybe! Mine is an urgent application though so don't get too discouraged if you don't hear too soon

90 days * 7.2h =648h, you need 600 for maternity leave. Also I worked another job before that, not in my field.

Personally I only got my AOR in February or March, well after I took the test. For me it went to received straight to in process (in ecas)
