Not sure! again my guess, this may be after passing the citizenship test, or may be at the same time of sending the test invite, where the officer checks CBSA and Tax records to assess residency and if required they ask for additional docs.

My guess is that the due date is calculated based on the respective office current work load. One of june 2020 applicant from Atlantic Canada got a test invite which I think only happens when criminality and prohabition checks are passed. On a positive note, you don't have to do FP if your...
