i got a letter from enforcement and intelligence operations division saying " our records indicate that you are the subject of a removal order that is in force. you required to present yourself at this office for an interview as indicated below"
because my refugee claimant was refused but i have applied for my inland sponsorship while my refugee claimant was on process and i got a reply from cic stating my sponsorship file is in process

will i be deported to my homeland?
what should i do now?

No not yet. You will not be deported. Your appeal is still in process. Go, and they will ask you to be coming maybe once a month so register. Good luck. I went through that before I got my papers after a refugee denial

Yes they can deport you. But you show inland sponsorship applied before you got the letter then they might not deport you.

Get in touch with your MP, they usually help with some info or/and give the names of the lawyers they have dealt with

Reading your previous posts, are you being sponsored inland by your spouse? Or is the application that is in process to sponsor him? Have you received the sponsor approval yet?

I would go talk to a lawyer or an MP and show them the letter you have with your application number... Best of luck.

What country are you from? Is there a Embassy/Consulate/Mission located where you are? Contact them and if you can, make an appointment and go in in person. Show them the documentation that you have an pending FC sponsorship application in process and ask them to contact CBSA to intercede on your behalf. You will also need to inform IRCC that you previously applied for refugee status and it was denied and now they have a removal order. IRCC in some instances can ask CBSA to hold off until a decision is made on the FC sponsorship application.

I also agree that you should contact you MP.

The real question is whether or not the OP was truly `Removal Ready' on the day that CIC received the FC sponsorship application. If he was, the Inland application won't be of any help. If he was NOT, the Public Policy from Feb 2005 should help, but still doesn't guarantee that removal action will not be taken.

I echo with others have suggested, in terms of contacting their MP and/or a lawyer.

This is your AIP (approval in principal). You need to follow the directions in the letter and submit the required documents. This is quite often how CIC and CBSA deal with those on removal orders with PR applications. Essentially, they are helping get your application processed to determined whether you will be approved as a PR or will need to comply with the removal order.
