    I also have a confusion maybe you know better. I am not sure if I need a arc or not. I have received Certificate of Departure (0056) I checked online it says: if you have a Certificate of Departure (IMM 0056B) showing the date you left Canada you do not need an ARC. You may return to Canada...

    It seems they have made the decision.. soon they will ask you to submit the Passport for the visa. Check your online account or email as well spam. Good luck.

    No outland but last year in Dec my spouse case was approved so I received email in Feb to submit update PCC and other documents. So its almost 2 months my online status is " in Progress".
