Hello everyone, for my Spousal Application, they have requested for additional documents about more information about refused entry to USA back in 2015. So do I re-submit eimm5669 form or write a letter explain all the information? What other additional documents do I need to submit to support it? Thank you very much.

That's positive that they're at least being responsive. Out of curiosity, which office sent the request?

Just to clarify, did you declare this refused entry in your application? Or did you fail to declare it and they are asking for this information now?

Important to clarify if what you have received is simply a request for information or a PFL.

We failed to declare it and now they are asking for more information.

Post the letter here you have received. Failing to declare a refusal can be grounds for application refusal. It's going to be important to understand if you've received a simple information request or a procedural fairness letter.

Can I send it to you privately?

A Canadian resident refused entry into USA?
Of course Canadian residents can be refused entry to the USA. Only US citizens have the right to enter the US - just as only Canadian citizens have the right to enter Canada.

Refusals aren’t that uncommon between the two countries. Just because they share a fairly open border that doesn’t make it any easier to enter than it would if you were entering a country overseas.
