Refused Entry to USA

Hello,
Help is needed on how to fix this error for relative application. She is not on this forum.
PR application is processing, only biometrics is done so far. While going back to old history she found that she was denied entry into Belarus 10 years ago and visa canceled and no reason given just sent back home and asked to apply again. Unfortuntley she didnt add this information when she application. She added only other recent visa refusal. Since she applied while escaping war and with tight deadline she rushed the application and this piece was missed. Please what can be done here and the beat approach to correct this and what to expect.

What type of application?

Just submit a webform with whatever info available and apologize. Canada not likely to get much information from Belarus, and likely doesn't care. Still, submit and say it was overlooked.
