Refund for FSW Application Withdrawal

I am in the process of getting a refund for my FSW processing fees from Accra (Ghana) office because i withdrew my application. I have been given the option to collect in person or for them to credit an account. These two options are not convenient.

Please, can they credit an account of a third party (a friend living in Accra ) on my instruction, OR can the visa office write a cheque in my name and mail it to my address.

PMM, BCGuy, Leon, others, please does any one have any advice?

Please senior members, is it possible for me to to get a refund when appplication processing have not commenced on my form but I have earlier given my consent that I am still interested in migrating to Canada when they (CIC) wrote me sometimes ago?

I wish to discontinue the processing but am afraid if my request will be granted.

Please anybody can reply.
