June 25th: sent application
June 26th: they received
July 8th: I called them and they confirmed that they received the application and shared application number with me.

Not urgent application. No travel date.

You should only need the RTD.

To the best of my knowledge you only need the RTD. But wait for others to comment and confirm.

Thanks for letting us know, question when those your RTD expire ? Also did you send your current RTD too? When I renew mine, I’m scare to send mine too with the application because it has a USA visa on it, so I don’t want it to get lost

Mine expiring April 2025. I have us visa. I sent it too but I wrote a letter that I want my travel document back. I hope it will come back

Yes you will get it back i also had US valid visa and got my old RTD back with New one.

It depends on office as usual i applied with my family and got my 2 documents in 40 days and remaining still in process.

The new one. I filled the newest form and semt to the new address.

I hope everything goes well. I called them after they received my application. I mean when I see from Canada post. They said it takes 10 business days to update on the system. We can’t see any application. Call back around July 12th. But I called earlier and they said yes we have the application and gave me the application number. We will see how long it’s going to take.
