If you don't have the reference letter in cic required format then try and include as much as possible to strengthen your case.
I also have a tax statement printed from the company payroll. Should I have it stamped by HR or I can just leave it as is?

If you can, every bit helps.

Based on what I have done. I would say 1 letter showing both jobs. see the discussion above.

It will be practically 2 letters (even if it clubbed in 1). You have to mention separate NOC and Roles.

Yes indeed. Perfect description. 2 in 1 ;)

Hi,

I have 1 reference letter for 2 positions in the company, kindly confirm that it's ok to upload the same document in both placeholders.

I already did this with my work experience and I explained it in the LOE.

Yes, i created two entries. I did this because I worked in two different positions, with different titles and duties, for the same company. It's one entry for each position not each company. See the instruction below:

"You must provide proof of work experience for your current job and for each past position you listed."

It's repetition but there seems to be no other option.

If there are two placeholders for the two positions at the same employer and once your reference letter covered both jobs (2 separate letters are not necessarily needed) you can upload the same letters in the two place holders.

yup, seems like no other option. Thanks for the clarification TanakaM and Kryton

Ok this might be a stupid question and I guess I already know the answer but still wanted to clarify with seniors;

Lets say our NOC code (which we were praying to match) did not really match our duties according to the VO...But instead he/she thought its a match for another NOC which is also under the same skill level (in this case 0,A or B)...will they still consider it as a valid experience(imagining they are really willing to give us those nice points!) or do we have only one single shot?

I think I know the answer; its a definite No if its not the right code .... right ? Among alll those codes we have to shoot the right one... :(

Hi Guys,
I already apologize if this is a repeated question (but I haven't been able to find the specific answer) and yes! I have already asked this question in other threads without any luck!
Does it matter from which province I get my PCC? In some countries, they specify the name of the province/territory on the PCC.
Does anyone have such experience particularly about Iran?

I may be wrong, but I don't think they are going to search it for you. It's your responsibility to determine your NOC.

No definite answer, but I tend to agree that it is the applicant's responsibility to select their NOC. There are some examples of applications being rejected due to picking the wrong code.

If I held two positions within a company but I am only claiming points for one of the roles.. is it adequate to get the reference letter only for that and put the second role in the personal history section ( I have 6 months in a NOC B position and 6 months in a NOC C position which gives me no points anyway so I would like to exclude the NOC C position). Hopefully this wont cause too much confusion with the T4 etc?
