I have a question :

Suppose I have Schengen visa that allows me to travel within EU, and my port of entry and exit is Switzerland. During my stay, I travel to other neighboring EU nations, but those are not stamped on the passport. Should I mention THOSE travel too in the travel history?

I have a few mismatches in dates between my EE profile and my PR application (not yet submitted).

1) In my EE profile i wrote that I started my current role in September 2014 but my work reference letter says October 2014, so in entered October in my PR application.
2)In my EE profile i wrote that I completed my Masters in June 2016, but my certificate say July 2016, so I have written July in my PR application.

Do you think I need to mention these mismatches in LOE? They have no effect on my points.
Mention them. Your education won't matter, but be sure that your employment change doesn't affect your points score.

Hmmm. Usually people put those travels which are stamped on the passport. Still, that isn't such a deal breaker is it?

Its real my friend. Because of increased security risk, there is a lot of shared information on things like travel history.

I will add a line for each in the LOE. I'm sure it doesnt affect my points as I have 3 and a half years of experience (6 month buffer).

As long as your CRS score does not change, it's fine.. However, they will ask for a reasoning.. I dont think they will do anything drastic for such reasons..

well my rule is a stamp means you should put it, but no stamp does not mean you shouldn't. not sure how much of a deal breaker it is. with your logic, you can spend 1 year in the Netherlands, then you have to submit PCC but then why isn't it in your travel history? ???

Good point Raj, but how would they know if you have spent time in a country if it's not mentioned in your travel history?
1. Your previous studies there
2. Your governmental work there (which you have to list since you were 18).
3. They got information from some travelling system (for example history of entrances from the airport).

For example I noticed my start month of degree was wrong so changed it.

I also changed my end date of employer. In ee I had it listed as November. In my app I changed it to December. Those is because after December 12 I would not have been eligible for CEC class and died not want to get invited for that in January because I would have had to decline my ita. I explained this in my loe

Hi everyone,

Has anyone living outside mexico requested a police certificate for ePRA. I am an EE. Am trying to understand the process better.

Do I submit my ePR application then send documents to canadian embassy in mexico? Would I be specifically asked for the Mexican PCC?

Is there a time limit after submission to send said documents?

What is the average processing time for PCC after documents are received in Mexico?

How do I know PCC is ready and has been uploaded?

I was in Mexico for a total of 170 days excluding period I traveled out of the country. I assumed I wouldn't be needing a PCC but now am about to submit my profile am a little worried. Do I need an LOE to explain why I havent attached a PCC from Mexico?

Thank you all.

Hello All,

Do rejections come before medical passed and background check in progress or after?
Rejection can come anytime cant be predicted but most rejection take place during the background check as they verify all details

The only thing you can do is understand the entire procedure of what is needed by the CIC, keep all your info/docs detailed and on points and hope for the best!

First 2 months is usually the time when cancellations do happen (when you did not submit something that they requested).
At that time they also do first check of your CRS points.

And again that is the time for the first rejections - medical or criminality in your PCC.

Later on are just rejections:
Not enough proof of work experience (proof not trustworthy or not correct)
Wrong NOC
Security problems

So the longer in the timeline, the lower chance for cancellation but also for rejection (as most are cancellations due to the missing document or incorrect document).
