Yes, it is paper based... I am afraid this paper mismatch would lead me to a misrepresentation case

I doubt if this would be treated as misrepresentation. You could explain this in your LoE in an appropriate manner. Ultimately Police Department need not know your exact occupation. They have pre-defined categories for Visa issuance. I am a management consultant and my visa/paper PCC read "Computer Engineer" !! UAE was the worst experience in my lifetime to get a PCC!! Arrogant P&*cks.

Hi all,

I have submitted my application in December 16. I forgot to upload the FBI Pcc because I thought they only ask for a pcc if you stayed 6 months in a row.

Do you know if they can ask the pcc as additional documents or are they gonna reject my application?

Thanks

It will likely be a reject unless you have it now and submit it with a CSE asap.

IRCC will not request for FBI PCC, also will not allow you more time to submit because you didn't provided an LOE.

It will be a direct rejection.

Please, raise a CSE ASAP with your FBI PCC & a proper explanation of your misunderstanding.

Thanks

I am dead, I don't even have the FBI PCC, I didn't even ask for it because I didnt know that the 6-month duration meant 6 months since I am 18. It is my fault. :'(

without wasting time, apply for one and send a proof along with CSE, that you have applied. Time to try your luck

Brother, don't panic. If you can show proper explanation through LOE, IRCC will allocate you enough time to submit FBI PCC. My suggestion is, raise a CSE with an LOE (Letter of Explanation) having a topic i.e. missing FBI PCC on subject line. Include proof with CSE if you already have applied for FBI PCC, otherwise just ask for time first and then raise another CSE with the proof later.

A lot of people submitted FBI PCC later after e-APR submission, it's normal, but what you are missing is the LOE to IRCC during e-APR.

Act quick cause I fear you don't have enough time left.

Thanks

Hi there

Not sure where to post this but I was hoping for some guidance. I am working in Canada under PGWP at a full time permanent job. No LMIA. I was selected under CEC. Under Work History -> Intended occupation in candada-> Do you have a job offer?

I initially selected yes for Express Entry pool. But I have been told to change this to no in the application for Permanent Residence because no LMIA was offered. Thus not generating a supporting document for Offer Letter.

The work history is listed in the next section. showing it's my current job in canada.

Please Advise. Should I select No or Yes to do I have a job offer. I am receiving no points for this.

In CIC's eyes you do not have a job offer in Canada, so select no.

I am expecting an ITA soon, hopefully; is it safe to apply for PCC now?

You can raise a CSE now, however I really doubt your app would be rejected at this stage. Since you are saying NN for the second time, may be your R10 check would have been passed. Did you receive any additional doc request at all ? I strongly feel you are safe. May be Raj and other experts can say something on this.
