You seem to have confused yourself. See, both the 67/100 and the CRS (400...) are a factor here. You have to read to get more accustomed to the way this system works.

See, for you to be eligible for Express Entry under the Federal Skilled Worker Stream (FSW), you need to score at least 67 points in the FSW points grid.

For you to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA), you have to have a good Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS). You can calculate your CRS here -->

You will also see your CRS in your myCIC account.

See, to apply to OINP, you need a CRS of at least 400 (per the existing regulation). OINP might invite you to send them an application. You have to send them an application and if they approve it, they will issue you a nomination. Nomination = 600 CRS points. Once you get this, your CRS will grow my 600 points.

For instance, if your CRS is 410, once you get nominated, it will be 410 + 600 = 1010. This high CRS is going to definitely get you an ITA in the next draw.

So, to sum it up, you must score at least 67/100 to be eligible to apply for Express Entry. Once you are eligible and you create your profile, then, you need a god CRS to get an ITA. Once you get ITA, you'll be submitting your "Electronic-Application for Permanent Residence" (e-APR).

hii.. Honestly speaking i was under the impression that as i have valid lmia work permit i dont required to submit T4 and i asked many of them they replied as you have work permit you dont require to give t4 if they need they will ask you.. I have a valid closed work permit till next october 2017. Hope it wont create any problem for me..As i have told earlier its just the t4 rest everything i have submitted

Well, did someone here on the forum mention T4s are not required? If yes, could you please point me to the posts? See, I'm not saying this is going to get you rejected but it is always better not to give the officer the slightest chance to reject the application. I hope you'll be okay.

1. I have received my ITA and in the process of filling it up. I'm currently married, and my previous marriage ended in a divorce. I wanted to know where do we add the previous marriage decree certificates and all ? Can this be added along with the current marriage certificate place holder ? OR added along with the LOE ? Please suggest me as how to go about.

2. Also I will not be claiming points for my previous employment, however i'm attaching the available previous experience letters. Could you pls tell me as where these previous employment certificates should be uploaded ? Thanks in advance.

i want to know that i have changed my noc in past due to not find perfect noc at the time of ee submission and then i changed it. now i have ita and already submitted file. is there any affect on file due to noc change in past.

You can check the frame size of the photo in Photoshop: Image --> Image Size --> Document Size (which is different from pixel dimensions). Also note that the 35 mm X 45 mm requirement was prefaced by 'at least'. So, this does not contradict the 50 mm X 70 mm requirement set out in 5445eb.pdf document.

But, I myself have a related question regarding this. I already submitted my e-APR, with a digital photo that conforms to all the requirements set out in the e-APR uploading section (the blue dot with an exclamation mark in it).

However, the digital photo does not conform to all the requirements in the requirements set out in the 5445eb.pdf file. Specifically, in my digital photo, my mouth was slightly open, whereas in the 5445eb.pdf, it explicitly states that the mouth must be closed.



On the other hand, the e-APR instructions do not say anything about what facial expressions must be like.

I am guessing this digital photo is not that important considering that at the final stage (if one gets to that), the applicant will be asked for physical photos in the step called Passport Request.

Does anyone know whether they actually reject applications because of problems with the digital photo submitted in e-APR?

i checked with my scanned photos and shows me this details below, please anybody can help kindly have your idea please.

Hello Seniors,
One more query please. My current employer do not provide duties & responsibilities, salary and number of working hours & also prohibit it for other employees to provide such details though HR has given me generic employment letter stating my position, date of joining and work address.

As an alternate i have requested one of my office friend to provide my duties & responsibilities, salary and number of working hours printed on plain paper signed by him. I will present this with his ID card copy (front & back copy) + print of his profile from company's intranet that includes his email ID & contact details.

Will this be acceptable as I do not have any other way. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Is it mandatory to have "permanent" on your reference letter for a past job? At the moment mine only says "was a full time employee.."

No, permenant is only needed for lmia application.

Sorry but what's a certified true copy? I have official and unofficial transcripts but wasn't planning to upload as I am attaching a PDF of degree and a letter from university saying that I graduate on this date.

Can anyone provide a source where they ask for transcripts?

Good point, I don't think transcripts are required, but it's possible that he's saying people essentially uploaded a "handwritten" list.
