please i would love to find out what to do as my pr application was rejected because my job description did not properly match with my noc code.
I'm sorry about that.

I would recommend that you try to apply again and this time around, choose the NOC carefully. However, unfortunately, you have to start from scratch (from creating a new EE profile).

There is a process to appeal but unless you are absolutely sure that their decision is incorrect and have concrete evidence to prove that, it is not worthwhile. So, I would recommend try applying again.

Good luck .

Just curious, why are you using a consultant qhen you can apply yourself?? If you pay q consultant, at the end of the day...they'll get it wrong and withhold information from you when you want to track your application. Just do it yourself and save yourself some money.

Awww this sucks. I was in your shoes in July 2018. My application was refused after 4 months of AOR because of incorrect NOC. I tried to get them to reconsider 3 times. It didn't work.
I got ITA again same July and submitted with the correct NOC in Sept. And from gcms notes, Eligibility and Criminality are passed. Just undergoing Security.
My advice, chin up .....get back on your feet and reapply. You can use the same medicals. I used the same medicals and it passed. You'll be fine.

That actually sucks :( I remember another person who was rejected because job duties didn't match. He just reapplied with the correct Experience Letter.

Sad that they didn't ask for ADR in these case :( Stay strong :)

Oh man....I am in exactly same boat as you....But the application has not been rejected yet....
But as per notes Case Processing Agent has said
"Ml3
SUMMARY NOTES: CLIENT DID NOT MEET MEC AS THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH EVIDENCE OF AT LEAST 1 YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUIRED PRIMARY NOC. PRIMARY NOC ON APPLICATION IS 2281 - COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNICIANS AND ALL OF PA'S WORK EXPERIENCE IS IN NOC 2282- USER SUPPORT TECHNICIANS.
A11.2: NOT MET "

Did your notes have similar wording? I am really worried about rejection....

I hate to be bearer of negative news...
You need to provide them with a new work experience proof. Agent says you don't match the NOC based on the duties you provided, and therefore don't meet eligibility criteria.
Not looking good my friend. Don't wait for a reply or a document request from them.
NOC mismatch is probably the most common reason for rejection. Upload new documents with correct information.
Apparently you should've selected NOC 2282.

@Peacekeeper87 Hey thanks for the reply...I agree with you...But I am in slightly different boat to everyone else with NOC mismatch....

My issue is my consultant didn't bother checking the online forms properly and chose '2281' as NOC as the primary NOC when all my explanations and work letters are based on NOC '2282'....it is a very silly clerical mistake....
Even though I have raised a CSE requesting my primary NOC to be changed to 2282 as 2281 was a mistake on the form....
I am not sure what else I could do as agent as verified and satisfied with all my work experience....

This just boggles my mind. It's not that s/he cannot find another NOC. If it matches another NOC, which is super close and qualifies for B level job, what's the point of not met?!

Exactly..It was a very silly mistake and hope they don't make a big deal out of it...Fingers crossed....
I have not come across a single case like mine where the NOC was chosen incorrect by mistake on form....

Okay so tell me. ..
These notes were generated AFTER the one you posted where it said A11.2 NOT MET?
Because if it came after, that means they indeed went ahead and changed your NOC. Because he talks about "declared" NOC.

Nah both extracts from same Notes (I have only ordered notes once)....
By declared NOC he means the NOC I selected my work experience in....and he has verified all that but just the primary NOC on online form is what is incorrect....

Another reason not to use agents!

Sorry to say, but this was exactly my issue. 2171 was right NOC but entered 2173. I was refused even though I also performed duties of 2173. They want you to settle with the NOC that covers 70% of your tasks. Just get ready to get another ITA.
At least now you know. During my time I wasn't aware as I hadn't ordered gcms notes. So I was blindsided. What's your AOR?
