Do you want a fast rejection or a slow PPR?Hi will it not slow doen my application. Also if not necessary i want to avoid as some of them are tax saving (5 year lockin)
Except average balance everything else is mentioned but i guess with FDR thats not required.Do you want a fast rejection or a slow PPR?
Does you bank letter have all the information requested by CIC (given below)? If not raise a CSE and submit the required info
What we accept as proof
Funds must be readily available to you. For example, you can't use equity on real property as proof of settlement funds.
The funds must be available both when you apply and when (if) we issue you a permanent resident visa. You must prove to an immigration officer that you can legally access them to use to settle here when you arrive.
For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you are keeping money.
Letter(s) must:
- be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead
- include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
- include your name
- list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans
- include, for each current bank and investment account:
- account numbers
- the date each account was opened
- the current balance of each account
- the average balance for the past six months

Dear all,
I want help and knowledge about pcc requirements for Canadian migration
I'm from Pakistan.
But I was born brought up in Dubai
Now I want to launch my Express entry as I have 450 crs score
But the problem is my consultant asked me to get Pcc from Pakistan and also from dubai
I only lived for 28 days in Pakistan all my life
So is it still important to get pcc from my home country ??
I called multiple immigration companies in the morning
Some said its mandatory
Some said no need
So really this is very confusing
Please help
Thanks
Zee

Don't rely on consultants' advice. Get the PCC from Pakistan. You can apply for it via embassy (takes 60 days) but what would be even faster and preferable is to get one via your relative/ family in Pakistan. Every city has different but comparable method to apply (usually takes 7 days through this method) but make sure to know all the specific process. If your hometown is Lahore, I can guide you further.Hi

If your passport is from pakistan, then pcc from PAK is required otherwise not required as you have not stayed for more then 6 months in ur life.hi
dear,
thanks for advice
also i did research
and in some cases immigration accepted with just dubai pcc
and in some cases they rejected
but you are absolutely right i thinks its better to get all pcc well in advance so that i don't waste time after the i.ta
thanks again
Zee
i spoke to my consultant he said its a must even if you not stayed there for a dayIf your passport is from pakistan, then pcc from PAK is required otherwise not required as you have not stayed for more then 6 months in ur life.
How can I get in touch with u...I m facing same situation now..can u pls share ur contact number with me plz.We had the same issue last August, get rejected our first application because of Australian PCC, even though my partner only lived less than 6 months in Victoria and Queensland and never held a driver license there.
Couldn't really find any indication regarding how long you have to live there to be considered as a resident so when we reapplied in December, to be safe we tried to provide both, on top of the AFP National Police check.
The letter from VicRoads was quite easy to get, you inquire online and they send you back a letter stating you never held a driver license in Victoria State.
For Queensland, was a bit of a nightmare and to this day still no answer from them so when we applied we wrote a LOE with all the efforts made to get it.
Fingers crossed now.
Good luck !
Would like to get advice from you about PCC and schedule A form for which you got ADR.Hi Flk,
you are very right, i got Schedule A request, i checked my previous form, there is gap, and in between my first PR application was got rejected due to improper PCC. this is my second PR application which is in progress. can you please confirm me one thing relating to statuary questions, should i click 'yes' for following and all others 'no'
d) been refused refugee status, an immigration or permanent resident visa (including a certified de selection du Quebec .......) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country.
Did you finally get your PR?Hi guys, please i noticed i made an error. In filling my express entry application, for education section masters, I indicated start date 2013, but indicated *Yes* in this is my current study. So i didnt put an end date. I put my ECA number and every other detail.
Meanwhile after ITA, I corrected it and put the end date 2015. And submitted. But didnt include any LOE to explain the mistake. My score didnt change.
Will this be misrepresention? Or should i raise an CSE to explain this?
