Hello guys,

I need help , I uploaded 11 months of prove of work experience instead of 12 months, is it a reason for rejection?

Hi house, I submitted only ECA and IELTS certificate. I am thinking of using CSE to attach my MSC certificate after i read that it is mandatory. Kindly advice.

Submit it immediately.via CSE.
Otherwise you fill fail the completeness check, and your application WILL be rejected no questions asked.

Should I make a case and send them 12 months again ?
Actually I thought I sent 12months i just made a mistake 'i m a bit frustrated right now,

If the application is already refused and you got a refusal letter, there is nothing much you can do with this application. They will only consider reopening it if the fault is on their end (like administrative errors or any glitches with the web application itself) AFAIK.

The only option you have now is to create a new EE profile, get another ITA and apply again. I would strongly recommend creating a new profile and getting another ITA rather than trying to reopen the refused application (IMO, as much as I hate to say it, the chances of them reopening an application that was refused because of your mistake is very likely to be zero). Good luck .

The proof of 1 year experience is the letter + payslips right ?
My letter of employer has all the required information and was made on 1 decembre 2018 ( I started job on 1 December 2017) + I sent 12 salary slips so I have exactly 1 year.

Now here in morroco , it’s strongly advised to add the social security to support the application according to all what I read in other forums.
The thing is in the document from the social security it appears that I was declared for 11 months ( from December 2017 to October 2018 included) .
For November 2018 I had to wait the end of December 2018 to be able to see it in the documents or social security.

What do you think about that ? Should I prepare my self for a 100% refusal letter ? Or the main documents remain letter of employers + payslips?

I take that you haven't received a refusal letter yet then. I assumed that you already received a refusal, my bad. That's good then - the primary and the most important document is the reference letter (and you've also submitted 12 payslips) - if that confirms that you have at least 12 months of work experience (at least 1560 hours for full-time - at least 30 hours per week ), then you might not even receive a refusal letter in my opinion.

Nope, still no news from them. If the main documents is reference letter + pays slips then everything should be okey as I wrote exactly what they needed .
Should still send the social security with more than 12 months now ? Or maybe I Should just call CIC and see wheee it goes .

Biometrics : 21 January
Ip2? : 23 January ( we are processing you background check)

If you have sent your work letter + 12 months salary slips, then you're fine.
You have confirmed your work duration, salary, position, and work hours with these documents. These two documents are important indeed.
It's normal to have only 11 months in your CNSS documents, as there is always a 1 month delay. But you didn't need to provide these documents at all... but anywho...

You don't have a refusal case at all here.
I had thought you didn't show 12 months of continuous work at all as your previously suggested. But all good, don't worry.

But I hope your work letter was with all the required information (i.e duties, work hours, salary, etc...)

That's reassuring, I was scared about the missing month but I think my letter was good ( duties, work hours, salary, name company, date, signature , stamp ...)

Awww this sucks. I was in your shoes in July 2018. My application was refused after 4 months of AOR because of incorrect NOC. I tried to get them to reconsider 3 times. It didn't work.
I got ITA again same July and submitted with the correct NOC in Sept. And from gcms notes, Eligibility and Criminality are passed. Just undergoing Security.
My advice, chin up .....get back on your feet and reapply. You can use the same medicals. I used the same medicals and it passed. You'll be fine.

Would you kindly elaborate more about your both reason of rejection as the incorrect NOC? are you talking about the primary NOC, or your job offer NOC? Because of course each job could have different NOCs. Please give some details or example.

In that case, you have nothing to worry about as far as work experience is concerned.
